Grama Sue's Floor Plan Play Land

Floor plans, floor plans, floor plans, I love floor plans! I love to look at them and I love to draw them. My folks taught me how about 40 years ago and over the years I've come up with quite a few, but I've never have built a one! I did submit a few to some home builders a couple of years back, but never got a response. It's time I stopped hoarding and share them with the world so, as I have time, I'll post my designs and elaborate on them. Check back often!

Here's the rules:

#1Don't copy and sell them to anyone.

#2If you are a builder and would like to offer my designs, please contact me. I'm probably pretty cheap.

#3For anyone wanting to use a design for their personal home, please be sure your builder understands he cannot use them for other homes without permission and SEND ME PICTURES! A donation would be nice too, but pictures are a must!

#4 If you'd like me to modify any plan or come up with one completely different, let's talk!
